1. Parties and Purpose

These Terms of Use govern the rights and obligations between Rota Kriminal – forensic document examiner Bülent Aydoğmuş (the “Site Owner” or “Rota Kriminal”), owner of the website at the domain rotakriminal.com (the “Site”), and the natural or legal persons who visit or use the Site or make contact through it (the “User”). Every User who accesses the Site declares that they have read, understood and accepted the terms set out in this document.

2. Scope of the Service

Through this Site, Rota Kriminal provides company information, articles and service presentations in the fields of handwriting examination, signature examination, forgery detection and forensic document examination. The Site is a platform that enables Users to contact the expert, request an appointment and obtain preliminary information. The information provided on the Site does not constitute an expert report by a court-appointed expert and is intended solely for general information and to present the field of expertise.

3. Disclaimer

The blog posts, articles and analysis examples on the Site have been prepared in light of the legislation and scientific knowledge current at the date of publication. However, as every legal case has its own particular circumstances, the information on the Site should not be interpreted as direct legal advice or as a definitive judicial finding. When using the Site, the User agrees and undertakes to comply with the following:

• Accurate Information
  The User undertakes that the information provided when completing the contact, appointment or request forms on the Site (name, surname, telephone, email, etc.) is accurate, up to date and their own. The User is solely responsible for any communication problems or legal issues arising from the provision of false, incomplete or third-party information.
• Compliance with the Law
  When using the Site, the User agrees to comply with the Turkish Criminal Code (TCK), the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK), the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works (FSEK) and all other relevant legislation. Using software that threatens the general security of the Site or disrupts its operation (viruses, trojans, bots, etc.), attempting unauthorised access to the system or attempting any cyber attack is strictly prohibited.
• Comments
  Comments on blog posts or other content on the Site may not contain statements that are contrary to public morals, insulting, hateful, that violate personal rights, contain political propaganda or are otherwise unlawful. The Site Owner reserves the right to refuse to publish, edit or delete any comment it deems inappropriate without prior notice.

Personal data shared by Users through the Site is processed and stored in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) for the purposes of providing the service and managing communication.   Rota Kriminal does not guarantee that the Site will operate without interruption or error. The Site Owner is not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability or disruption of access to the Site due to maintenance, server failures, cyber attacks or force majeure.
• b. Third-Party Links
  For the User’s convenience or for reference purposes, the Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not under the control of Rota Kriminal. Rota Kriminal accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or security of these websites.

8. Right to Make Changes

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye shall apply to the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms of Use, and the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Adana shall have jurisdiction.
