You Do Not Need to Come to Türkiye
You live in Germany, the Netherlands or the United States, and a document has surfaced in Türkiye with a signature that is not yours: in an enforcement proceeding, an inheritance file or a land registry transaction. You do not have to fly in to have it examined. The whole process, from the first consultation to the delivery of the report, can be handled remotely.
We hold consultations by video or phone in the language you prefer, and we prepare the report in Turkish, English or German. We can also work directly with your lawyer in Türkiye, who then files the report.

You send a clear colour scan of the document and your comparison signatures by email or WhatsApp.

Preliminary Analysis in 24 Hours
Once the scans and samples are complete, we report the result of a preliminary analysis within 24 hours.

The Original
If the original is needed for a firm conclusion, it is sent by courier. We agree in the consultation which of our offices it goes to.

Report in 48 Hours
If a report is requested, the detailed report is ready within 48 hours and is sent to you or to your lawyer in Türkiye.
What Should You Send?
- A scan of the document: a high-resolution colour scan or a sharp photograph of the front and back.
- Comparison signatures: your signatures from around the date of the document. Passport, ID card, bank records and notarial deeds are the most useful.
- Case details: if the document is part of an enforcement proceeding, a lawsuit or a land registry transaction, the authority, the file number and the time you have left.
If the Original Is Held by an Authority in Türkiye
A promissory note may be at the enforcement office, a power of attorney at a notary or a contract in a court file. You do not have to wait for it to be sent to you. Where necessary, we can examine the document on site at that institution with our mobile equipment.
How Is the Report Used in Türkiye?
Article 67/6 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CMK) in criminal cases and Article 293/1 of the Code of Civil Procedure (HMK) in civil cases allow the parties to obtain a scientific opinion from an expert of their choice. Your lawyer in Türkiye files the report in the court or enforcement file, and the court assesses it together with the other evidence. No extra time can be requested just to obtain such an opinion, so contact us before your deadline runs out.
Payment and Invoicing
You can pay from abroad by bank transfer in Turkish lira, euro or US dollars. We examine first and move on to the report only if the result is in your favour. An invoice is issued for all work.

Do I have to send the original document?
The preliminary analysis is done from a scan. Pen pressure, ink and the paper surface can only be examined on the original, so a firm conclusion is reached on the original. If the document is held by an authority in Türkiye, an on-site examination is also possible.
How long does the examination take?
Once the scans and comparison signatures are complete, the preliminary analysis takes 24 hours and the detailed report 48 hours. Courier time for the original comes on top of that.
